Usage Restrictions

Jeff Gordon Racing, Inc., has approved local council usage of the marketing and promotional items pro- vided through the National Council for Race to Cub Scouting promotions. Councils are not authorized to use any other Jeff Gordon/Jeff Gordon Racing, Inc., images or marks that may be obtained indepen- dently of this collaboration.

The approved materials may be used to develop localized promotional and recruitment pieces for use by your council (e.g., use of the Jeff Gordon signature and number on Race to Cub Scouting flyers).

None of the images may be altered. For example, when using the group photo of Jeff Gordon and Cub Scouts, you must use all of the Cub Scouts, with no cropping out of any person. And, when using the sig- nature and racing number, they must remain together and in the same position as in the file.

Use of any Jeff Gordon/Jeff Gordon Racing, Inc., image in Òfor profitÓ sale items is not allowed.
