Grilled Chicken Breasts with Green Beans and Chive Biscuits - foil dinner
  Ingredients
This meal is easy to make the first or second night of camping over a nice hardwood cooking fire. Plenty of hot coals cook this meal in less than 20 minutes. Have fire ready ahead of time.

1 chicken breast (per person) prepped ahead of time in marinade the night before camp Put all chicken in one foil in a single layer. Marinade is lemon-honey or dill (your choice), prepared the night before, placed in a ziplock and chilled until cook time.
Fresh green beans washed and trimmed
3 cups complete biscuit mix
2-1/4 cups water
1cup chives cut up (or chopped onion, we're not too picky!)
  Directions
Start biscuits first, beans and chicken to have all food ready at same time. Mix biscuits and add chives in a plastic bag. Have Dutch oven ready, or wrap around end of a clean 1" wooden stick and have Scouts roast their own for dinner. Keep biscuits warm in a foil pan near the fire. Place chicken in a long piece of aluminum foil, placing the green beans on top. Double-wrap with seams along the sides only. Make sure some liquid goes in before sealing foil. Place on hot coals for 3-4 minutes each side. Don't over cook! The beans will be steamed and chicken perfectly cooked.
Gather your patrol or camping buddies and enjoy this tastefully satisfying meal. Bon Appetit!
